At Hargreaves Elsworth private clients are taken as seriously
as our larger corporate clients. Our private clients receive
services tailored to their specific needs, and circumstances.
Two examples of the types of service offered are:
| Fully
Managed Service: |
The
practice looks after all administration, drafting, analysis
and prosecution. The Fully Managed service is suitable
for those with limited experience of intellectual property
matters, and individuals with larger portfolios who do
not have the time to be involved with the day to day management
of their intellectual property assets. |
| Task
Related Service: |
Some
private clients have a great deal of experience in intellectual
property matters, and prefer to take responsibility for
administration, and initial analysis of search reports
for example, engaging a patent attorney only for specific
tasks. The practice can provide suitably experienced private
clients with access to patent attorneys on a task by task
basis. |
| Fees: |
The
practice charges what it believes to be competitive fees.
Charging methods are flexible, and on agreement with a
client can be by the hour, by the day, or a fixed or capped
fee for a specific task or series of tasks. |
