Juliet Scullion joined Hargreaves Elsworth in June 2006 after working in industry as an in-house Intellectual Property Manager

She has experience in drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications at the UK Intellectual Property Office and European Patent Office. She deals with patents in a wide range of technical areas, specialising in the fields of biotechnology and medical devices.
Juliet also has experience in registered designs and trade mark work. She is currently studying for the final examinations of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys.

Technical Qualifications: Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Management (Bournemouth University).

Bachelor of Science in Human Genetics (Leeds University).

Professional Experience: Two and a half years working in Technology Transfer on behalf of the UK National Health Service, through NHS Innovations North.
Two years as Intellectual Property Manager at Jackel International Limited, a large baby products manufacturer. Responsible for patent, trade mark and design related matters within the company and the wider group of companies (Mayborn Group Plc).
