Each business has its own set of requirements, and as such we
treat each client individually, tailoring services to specific
client needs.
At Hargreaves Elsworth we believe that advice on intellectual
property matters must be of commercial value. Therefore, before
advising on any specific issue we must first understand our
client's business. To facilitate this we usually meet our clients
at their places of business, and spend time discussing their
business and the background to any particular issue. Experience
shows that such time is rarely wasted.
To ensure that a personal and uniform service is delivered,
each client is assigned a specific patent attorney with overall
responsibility for that clients work. Whilst other members
of the practice may be brought in where specific advice is required,
all advice is delivered to the client by the assigned attorney,
thereby ensuring that no advice is given without the background
knowledge of the clients business.
